In Zonal Youth Festivals, the college won the Overall Championship (2013)
and secured Runner-up Trophy in 2011, 2012, and 2014.
Major Achievements
Students of the Music Department secured
First Position in Group Shabad, Western Group Song, and Folk Song,
and Second & Third Positions in Western Solo, Ghazal, and Indian Group Song
in the Zonal Youth Festival (2013–14).
The Music Instrumental Department achieved
First Position in Sitar and Folk Orchestra and
Second Position in Tabla (Instrumental) at the Zonal Youth Festival (2013–14).
Students participated in the
“Bhai Mardana Gurmat Sangeet” competition organized by
Punjabi University, Patiala (17 October 2013),
securing Second Position in Group Shabad Gayan.
Ramandeep Kaur and Ramanjeet Kaur
(B.Sc. II Year) won Second Position in Vaar Gayan
at Lok Mela organized by Punjabi University, Patiala (2013–14),
earning a Silver Medal and Trophy.
