Grievance Redressal Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell of the College functions under the supervision of the Principal and a committee comprising senior faculty members. The Cell is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and time-bound mechanism for addressing grievances raised by students.

Students are encouraged to discuss their issues with teachers, especially during tutorial meetings. Additionally, grievance boxes are placed outside the Common Room and in the Library to facilitate written complaints.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism
  • Complaint boxes are opened on a weekly basis to review grievances.
  • Issues are discussed with the Principal to ensure speedy redressal.
  • Common grievances include drinking water, electricity (fans, lights), infrastructure, discipline, and student conflicts.
  • Infrastructure-related issues are addressed immediately by the concerned authorities.
  • Disciplinary matters are resolved through fines, counselling, and proctorial duty.
  • In serious cases, parents are informed and disciplinary action such as temporary suspension may be taken.
