the consumption of liqour,tobacco,smoking and ohter chemical intoxicants are growing day by day in the younger generation.there is lot of need to create consciousness among younger generation regarding the horrible effects of intoxicants.112 people are dead per month in punjab by taking chemical intoxicants.15 people dead per year by drinking alchol means one man is dead within every 96 minuts by drinking alchol in india so this very worse condition and there is lot of need to improve it so this function is organised to create consciousness among students against drugs.
