A seminar was organised on "Empowerment Of Women And Hindrances" dedicated to International Women Day.Women feticide,gender imbalance and crimes are increasing day by day against women in all over India.So there is urgent need to create  the awakening in the youth class regarding the security of women and to change the negative mentality of society towards women.There is also urgent need to provide more opportunities to the women for their all round development.
