The National Service Scheme (NSS) and the Red Ribbon club of Government College Ropar jointly
organized a transformative two-day Yoga Camp on June 19th and 20th promoting holistic well-being
and fostering a healthy lifestyle.
The campus provided an ideal backdrop for the camp, offering a positive atmosphere to students.
Led by experienced yoga instructors and Ayurvedic Medical Officer Dr. Varinder Mohan Pahul from
District Ayurvedic and Yunani Department the camp featured a comprehensive curriculum that
covered various aspects of yoga, from asanas (physical postures) to meditation and mindfulness
practices.
