Health awareness and drug abuse are two basic necessity of society today so chetna nasha virodhi lehar is working sincerely to achieve these basic needs.The main motive of this seminar is to create awareness regarding nutrient food and health among students .By doing some exercise or running or cycling or yoga we can remain healthy and by taking green vegetables,pulses and seasonal fruit we can save from diseases.
