Students of Economics department of Government college Ropar today followed the theme of swachta abiyaan and cleaned there classrooms.They decorated there classroom by writing few slogans and also painting the walls and almirahs. Principal Dr.Sant Surinder Pal Singh ji motivated the students and also encouraged the students to create awareness among their peer group regarding swachta abiyaan .Prof.Ritu Sachdeva ,head Department of Economics told that if we take into account the time put in by the students for this activity in terms of working hours it can be counted as asset creation which can be a practical lesson of Economics for the students
