The rally was held by the post graduate 1st and 2nd year classes of the english department for spreading awareness on the reading of good literature. It was held from Government College, Ropar to the Secretariat, Ropar. The students carried banners, placards and books with them to make the people of the city aware of how important reading good literarture is to their lives.
